Innovation Award
This award celebrates a business events organisation that has delivered a standout
project, event, campaign, or activation, between July 2025 and June 2026,
through genuinely innovative thinking. Innovation may be demonstrated across any area of business events practice, including technology, event format, delegate experience, accessibility, or creative problem-solving. The recipient will show clear evidence of original ideas put into action and tangible, measurable outcomes as a result.
Entry Criteria
The organisation or legal entity submitting the entry on behalf of a group must be registered or domiciled in New Zealand.
The campaign must have taken place in New Zealand between July 2025 and June 2026.

Letters of Support | 2 referees describing in particular the impact the nominee has had on the industry. |
Completed Entry Form | All sections must be completed within the specified word counts to be applicable ensuring that all points are addressed. |
Group / Organisation Profile | For groups - A description of each member of the group and their contribution to the legacy impact project. For organisations - A description of the organisation and those within the organisation who contributed to the legacy impact project. |
Supporting Documentation | Evidence to support the projects results/outcomes: Any three of the below (to be added to the end of the entry form) - Up to three images with photo credits listed if applicable - Up to two videos (url link to video, total viewing time to not exceed three (3) minutes) - Copies of media coverage (up to four pages long) - Media evaluation (up to four pages long) - Client references or testimonials (up to two pages long) - Website analytics and social sharing (up to four pages long) - Post-event report (up to four pages long) - Marketing materials (up to four pages long) - Weblinks (limit of two) - Market research findings (up to four pages long) |

Payment Terms:
One invoice will be issued for all entries submitted by the same person after the entry deadline.
Invoice payment will be due within three working days.
